This role is a hands-on, execution-focused position responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving AI-driven social listening and automation workflows across our client’s brand ecosystem. Day-to-day, this individual will work directly within the data and tooling environment to operationalize insights, improve system efficiency, and ensure high-quality, scalable outputs.
