Responsibilities

+ Manage daily community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, and YouTube

+ Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer interactions with on-brand messaging

+ Monitor conversations and escalate sensitive issues when appropriate

+ Support organic content publishing and content management

+ Write engaging captions, responses, and short-form copy

+ Track engagement metrics, sentiment trends, and community growth

+ Assist with social reporting and performance insights
