Lead day‑to‑day management of Nokia’s social media communities across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Reddit.
Operate and support Nokia’s YouTube channel including channel administration, comment moderation and community tab engagement.
Apply moderation standards, governance and escalation processes to protect brand reputation and support crisis communications.
Require 5+ years’ experience in social or community/channel management with strong written English and proficiency in social management and listening tools.
