Molecular You is a health tech company that turns complex biomarker science into actionable insight for everyday people. We are looking for a Social Media Content Lead to own our social presence end-to-end.

This is a hands-on role with real strategic ownership, suited to someone with 4 or more years of social media and content experience. Compensation is $80,000 to $110,000 CAD depending on experience. You will define and execute our organic social strategy, own content creation across formats and channels, and build the systems that turn great science into great content. You will be supported by a Marketing Director, specialist freelancers, and agency partners, and backed by robust brand guidelines and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit, with a clear point of view on content mix, posting cadence, and platform-specific growth tactics
