The Social Media Executive is responsible for daily content scheduling, audience interaction, and platform management across all social media channels.
Job Responsibilities
1. Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Post daily content across all social media platforms according to the content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to ensure timely delivery of required visual assets.
- Write engaging and brand-appropriate captions and hashtags in English and Arabic.
2. Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate sensitive inquiries or customer service concerns to the sales department.
- Engage with followers and relevant communities to build a positive brand presence.
