This role is focused on culture, community, and employer brand — it is distinct from our LinkedIn lead‑generation activity, which sits with a separate function and is out of scope for this position.

What You'll Do

Content & Storytelling (External — ~70%)

• Own the content ideas and creative direction for Redial's public social channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Plan and maintain content that aligns with the company Editorial Calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of culture-forward storytelling.
