Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Siargao Island. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content aligned with MASA Group’s brand and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, drafting and scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and optimizing content for each platform. The specialist will track performance metrics, prepare simple reports, and recommend improvements based on data and industry trends. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and business teams to support campaigns, events, and promotions, while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
