 Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

 Creating and curating engaging content, including text, images and video, that resonates with target audiences and helps achieve marketing goals.

 Monitor and respond to comments, messages and other interactions on social media, including customer inquiries and complaints.

 Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns

 Collaboration with other departments (Commercial, Hr, CSR) or team members, such as designers & videographer to implement the communication

 Collaboration with brand ambassadors/influencers to create campaigns and strengthen brand awareness in the market
