Position Summary

The Social Media Specialist - Social Media + Campaign Support is responsible for:

1. Leading ITBD’s Philippines recruitment and employer brand presence on social media. You will create and publish content that highlights our culture, people, and global opportunities across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and local recruitment channels.
2. Supporting the Social Media team with campaign execution. This includes asset preparation, scheduling, reporting, UTM setup, uploading audiences, and QA for multi-channel campaigns across HubSpot, LinkedIn, Dripify, Google, and content syndication platforms.
