Position Overview

            Job Description  Shoot short form content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, YouTube Shorts) using phone and/or camera 
Edit videos end to end: cut, captions, music, sound effects, color correction, simple motion graphics 
Add on screen text, subtitles, hooks, and pacing that fit each platform style 
Repurpose 1 long video into multiple short clips and variations 
Plan shot lists and basic scripts with the content lead, then execute fast 
Manage footage: organize files, name properly, store in cloud, keep backup 
Maintain brand consistency: logo, fonts, colors, intro outro, disclaimer style 
Coordinate filming schedule, locations, and simple lighting or mic setup 
Track performance and suggest improvements based on views, retention, saves, leads 
 Requirements  Diploma in Media, Film, Communications, or related fields
