Requirements

• 2 years of experience required


• Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience required


• First-time travelers accepted


• BLS and LCSW required


• Must have both OR and WA licensure (WA license can be pending)


• Oasis experience required


• Epic experience preferred


• Home Health experience required
