Position Overview

            Information & Referral  Attend to walk-ins and telephone enquiries. Refer to the relevant staff for follow up if necessary. 
Conduct intake assessments. 
Provide appropriate information and refer clients to relevant agencies for further intervention. 
Manage intake administration. 
 Casework and Counselling  Manage assigned cases and case referrals. 
Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases. 
Develop and review appropriate intervention strategies. 
Participate in and/or conduct case conferences. 
Evaluate and document case outcomes. 
Complete case recordings and update client information and documentation in the case management system. 
 Group Work & Community Work  Programme Planning & Implementation Support the preparation, planning, development and implementation of relevant programmes to respond to the needs of clients...
