Role description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Dhelkaya Health.

In this role, you will deliver person-centred social work services across a range of clinical areas, with a primary focus on inpatient units including Acute, Rehabilitation, Transition Care Program (TCP), and Residential Aged Care across our Castlemaine and Maldon campuses.
