Job Title: Social Worker (Children)

Rate: £35 per hour

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Duty and assessment Social worker to cover a recent vacancy within East Riding of Yorkshire Council based in Beverly.

Responsibilities:

You will work on a team with 1 Team manager, 2 Advanced practitioners and 4 social workers of varying experience. You will be on duty week once every 5 weeks and in between duty weeks will be completing assessments of children to assess the risk for them and determine their level of need.
You will be expected to visit children regularly and be confident in engaging children to understand what life looks like for them. Be able to co-ordinate and chair CIN meetings and strategy meetings in a timely manner and ensure we have a working plan for the child to reduce risk and access early support for children and families. ...
