About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, you will provide high-quality psychosocial assessment, intervention and discharge planning for patients within a sub-acute healthcare setting.
