About the Role

Coventry City Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join its Help & Protection Team based within the Families For All Hub. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic frontline service, helping to safeguard children and support families to achieve positive and lasting outcomes.

Rate: £28.55 per hour (Umbrella)

As a Social Worker within the Help & Protection Team, you will work directly with children, young people and families, undertaking statutory interventions and delivering high-quality social work practice.

You will manage a varied caseload, undertaking assessments, safeguarding work and direct interventions for children and families with complex needs. The role requires confident decision-making, strong partnership working and a commitment to delivering child-centred practice.
