Description

Comunilife Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Social Worker to join its Bronx Congregate program, EL Rio II. The Social Worker will conduct psychiatric and other assessments, as well as develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, and supportive services. Services are delivered through evidence-based client treatment practices.
