Job Summary:

Under the direction of program leadership , Social Workers provide support , crisis counseling and assistance for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families seeking c risis i ntervention services , assisting with securing eligibility for OPWDD services and c oordinating connection to necessary supports during stressful times.
