This London Borough work in partnership with East London NHS Foundation Trust and are seeking a Social Worker to focus on the completion of statutory work e.g. Care Act Assessments, Care and Support plans, reviews, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Assessments.

The Neighbourhood mental health team provides community care for people with a range of mental health needs as an integrated service under ELFT and Adult Social Care and across the primary care networks. We work in collaboration with service user’s, their carers and other statutory and voluntary care sectors.
