About the Role
You will work within a supportive team of social workers to provide comprehensive social work assessment and intervention for inpatients at Taranaki Base Hospital in New Plymouth. You will liaise closely with individuals, families and other health professionals, and develop strong links with community services as required to provide integrated care for patient and whānau. You will have regular supervision and support with continuing professional development.
