End-to-end support in social work functions, including stakeholder engagement, casework, group work, and community development.
Conduct client assessments, plan and implement care interventions, facilitate group work, and manage programme delivery.
Contribute to community needs assessments, development initiatives, and professional practice through mentoring, research participation, and adherence to organisational care standards.
Collaborate across disciplines and respond to crisis situations in accordance with standard procedures.
