What you'll need:

Education: 12 years with BS/BA, 10 years with MS, 7 years with PhD or 16 years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree

Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance

Extensive experience with object-oriented programming (C#, .NET Core preferred)

Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular preferred)

Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level applications in secure environments

Deep understanding of micro‑services architectures, distributed systems, RESTful API design, and service orchestration

Experience designing systems deployed in containerized environments

Strong experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including schema design, performance optimization, and query tuning

Experience defining or implementing CI/CD pipelines
