Collaborate with a team of full‑stack developers to solve complex problems and deliver elegant solutions to Clio customers. Participate in an agile environment and work across multiple engineering teams in three countries. Review and provide constructive feedback on peer code, both within the local team and across Clio. Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high‑quality code. Engage in database optimization, large‑scale system design, and performance tuning.
