+ Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to shape the user journey from first click to customer
+ Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on experiments that drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement
+ Own the full lifecycle of features, from technical design and implementation to monitoring and optimization
