We are seeking an experienced Software Developer (mid to senior level) with strong skills in Python, Java, and REST API integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring seamless data synchronization between Jira and Rally. This role requires expertise in scripting, workflow automation, and system reliability, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Automate and configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
• Develop scripts to extract and transform data across IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) and generate reports as required.
• Ensure uptime, performance, scalability, and reliability of Rally systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues between Rally and Jira.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard business squads/fleets to Rally.
