This role is key to the success of the Development team. Guided by the lead developer, the holder

will be expected to develop and maintain core application functionalities, ensuring reliable system

operation, and delivering solutions that meet client requirements. Focusing on both backend and

frontend development, creating new features, optimising functionality, and addressing project

challenges. Ensuring delivery lives up to the team estimates and the quality gates agreed with the

business.
