Responsibilities: • Develop design, specifications, and relevant technical documents on Salesforce.com system • Provide support and maintenance for applications to ensure smooth operations. • Ensure the system is developed following Salesforce.com best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in overseas to clarify on project requirements and objectives. • Maintain communication with the project team and managers on project scope and progress.
