What You'll Be Doing - Ship features end-to-end across backend, data, and frontend systems.
- Design and build integrations with customer systems, APIs, and legacy platforms.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to transform insurance workflows into reliable software solutions.
- Write clean, well-tested code and take ownership of the systems you develop.
- Engage in code reviews, technical design discussions, and participate in on-call duties as the team expands.
