About the Role

Valeo is a global automotive supplier focused on reinventing mobility. The Software Engineer will act as the technical point of contact with customers, supporting the development, implementation, integration, and support of software for power electronics products. The role includes onsite support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with Program Management, Global Product, and R&D Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication between customers and internal teams, ensuring proper coordination with program management, engineering product groups, commercial, R&D, test, warranty, and logistics.
• Define software deliverables by release, including usage and release documentation.
• Provide onsite support for component integration and vehicle testing, including flashing, troubleshooting, and debugging during bench testing, vehicle tests, and production.
