Position Description:

In this position, the hired candidate will be responsible for analysis, projects, development, enhancement, and operations of applications within the Information Technology Department in the Americas.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Research, design, and develop automation through API calls or Selenium bots
-Manage application changes and enhancements in consultation with application users
-Document processes for replication and knowledge sharing
-Maintain application databases
-Provide functional and technical expertise to produce and promote maintainable, quality solutions, including system requirement documentation and support run books
-Provide timely resolution of functional and technical issues and report incidents to application users
