Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Own meaningful technical work end-to-end, from design through deployment 
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines 
Collaborate with researchers and ML engineers to ship high-impact features 
Contribute to architectural decisions and write clean, well-tested, well-documented code 
Debug and resolve issues across complex distributed systems 
Participate in code reviews to help raise the technical bar 
 Requirements  3–5 years of professional software engineering experience 
Proficiency in Python 
Fluency in at least one additional language such as TypeScript, Go, Rust, or SQL 
Experience working in production environments with real users 
Strong communication skills and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments 
Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, or data-driven systems
