1. MES System Operation and Maintenance: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), monitor the operational status of the software system, promptly identify and address system failures; conduct user training and guidance, produce training documentation, ensure system stability, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
2. System Function Optimization: Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and other team members to address system issues, optimize system functionalities, handle data anomalies, and enhance system efficiency and user experience based on production needs.
3. Visualization Development: Develop reports, dashboards, and other visualization tools according to production requirements.
