**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience with software development in Kotlin or other programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
+ 2 years of experience with Android application development.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
+ Experience with real-time communication technologies, particularly WebRTC (including ICE, STUN, TURN, SDP, SRTP).
