Position Summary As a UCaaS Engineer, you will be designing and managing changes for our Microsoft Teams voice and enterprise cloud–based telephony ecosystem — making collaboration seamless across the organisation. This role goes beyond maintenance. You will design, integrate, and optimize a UCaaS platform that spans Teams, SBCs, PSTN, and compliance recording.
