The Challenge As a Software Engineer Manager, you will drive the technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and high-quality delivery across backend, frontend, and Dev Ops. You will act as a key bridge between Architecture, Product, and Development teams, guaranteeing code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain scalable software architecture patterns, including microservices, APIs, and modular design.
Enforce best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
Lead and mentor developers across frontend, backend, and Dev Ops through code reviews and technical guidance.
