RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, support, and coordinate the Quizzes Development Team, ensuring technical alignment, team cohesion, and high‑quality delivery aligned with our product roadmap.
• Act as part of the Product Trio (Engineering, Product Management, Product Design), collaborating closely to drive the squad’s day‑to‑day operations and decision‑making.
• Define team goals, track performance, and ensure a clear and effective prioritization of tasks.
• Identify team needs, remove blockers, and foster a healthy, autonomous, and high‑performing environment.
• Drive team development through 1:1s, feedback, performance reviews, and career growth plans.
