Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, maintainability, performance, and adherence to coding standards across internal and vendor teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and audits, identify technical debt, and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Review and validate low-level designs, including class diagrams, sequence diagrams, API contracts, database schemas, and ER diagrams.
  • Govern architecture compliance and ensure implementations align with approved frameworks, patterns, and solution architecture standards.
  • Define and oversee source code management practices, including branching, merging, baselining, version control, and release management.
  • Monitor and enforce CI/CD pipeline adoption, automation standards, and development best practices.
