About the role

The Software Licensing Admin will be responsible for creating client‑facing quotes (net new, renewals, and modifications on existing subscriptions) using Cisco and Insight tools. The role works closely with Client Executives to clarify quote requests, send quotes, respond to queries, book orders, open tickets as necessary, and update internal trackers on completed requests.
