Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
6-12 months of progressive experience in software quality assurance.
Experience in various types of web applications, including HRIS, Procurement, CRM, Task Management, or other parts of ERP systems, is a plus.
Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC) methodologies, including agile, iterative, and waterfall approaches.
Basic proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium).
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.
