We are seeking a highly skilled Software Specialist to take technical ownership of the configuration, implementation, and operational maintenance of enterprise retail store solutions. In this role, you will act as the primary subject matter expert for core point-of-sale (POS), inventory management, and omni-channel customer engagement modules. Operating at the intersection of retail operations and large-scale systems integration, you will ensure seamless data interchange across foundational enterprise platforms, optimize system uptime, and translate complex retail requirements into reliable, high-performance digital environments.
