Position Overview

Role:
We are hiring a software support engineer for a post-deployment software support role. This is a hands-on technical role involving production troubleshooting, code-level debugging, bug fixing, application configuration, integration support, and stakeholder updates. This is suitable for candidates from application support, production support, L2/L3 support, software maintenance, or software engineering backgrounds who are comfortable supporting live systems after deployment.
Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve post-deployment application issues, including configuration, performance, integration, and software defects.
