This engagement focused on system design, configuration management, process automation, and enterprise software optimization, particularly within field service and dispatch platforms like Office Track.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and define the Office Track golden configuration, including clear and measurable acceptance criteria.
Develop and execute a phased rollout strategy with structured change management (pilot - expansion - scale).
Establish role-based access controls (RBAC) and implement system guardrails to reduce manual workarounds.
