Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in senior-level programming (iOS and Android).
• Strong development practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing.
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of KPI and OKR metrics.
• Knowledge of React (Web).
• Intermediate level of English.
