Solar Field Remediation Technician - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now hiring Solar Field Remediation Technicians in the Morrison, IL area!

This project begins June 22, 2026, in Morrison, Illinois, and is expected to last 40+ days. Additional projects are scheduled in Virginia immediately following this assignment, providing the opportunity for 6+ months of continuous work for qualified personnel.

Pay: $23-$24 per hour

Per diem: $770 per week

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 10 hour shifts

-Grind rust and corrosion from solar tracker posts using approved power tools.

-Remove loose scale and contaminants from steel surfaces.

-Wipe down prepared surfaces with cleaning rags.
