The Solar Helper will assist the solar installation and maintenance team in handling solar systems, electrical work, and site activities. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge of electrical or electronic systems and be willing to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians and engineers during solar panel installation and maintenance.
Help in wiring, cable laying, and electrical connections under supervision.
Carry and handle tools, materials, and solar equipment safely.
Assist in mounting solar panels and supporting structures.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the work site.
Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities when required.
Follow company procedures and supervisor instructions.
Requirements:
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or Electronics.
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and solar systems.
Ability to work outdoors and at project sites.
