Job Overview
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer success through the execution and management of our TrueCapture Benefit Evaluation program on behalf of our customers. This position resides within the Asset Management department of Nextpower and will be based in Madrid, Spain, with primary responsibilities focused on the EU market region.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Accuracy and Customer Satisfaction – Analyze and compare TrueCapture field measured gains against quoted and modeled gains; investigate and resolve disparities to ensure accurate information. Engage directly with customers, effectively communicate processes, present results, address concerns, manage schedules and reporting to maintain transparency and trust.
- Enhancing Operational Efficiency – Refine analysis methods, data cleaning techniques, and automation processes to scale the calculation of TrueCapture measured gains. Monitor site performance during field tests, guar...
