Introduction

The Deputy Site Construction Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the construction phase for the 60 MW solar PV project. This includes managing on‑site contractors, ensuring technical compliance with engineering designs, maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards, and ensuring the project is completed within the established timeline and budget.

Duties & Responsibilities Construction Oversight & Execution Lead and supervise all on‑site construction activities, including civil works (trenching, foundations), mechanical assembly (trackers/structures, module mounting), and electrical installations (DC/AC wiring, inverter stations, and substation connection). Coordinate with the logistics team to manage the timely delivery and secure storage of PV modules, inverters, and BOS (Balance of System) components.
