Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative PCB manufacturing company based in Fareham . Due to an ever-expanding order book our clients are looking for experienced solderers. As a solderer, your role will be to solder components onto PCB boards using through-hole and fine soldering.

Duties for the Solderer:

• Following technical drawings and solderer to required.
• Soldering to IPC standards.
• Soldering small components to PCBs.
• Soldering with a microscope at times.

To be a successful Solderer you must:

• PCB soldering experience
• Be able to understand technical drawings
• Solder to good standards
• IPC 610 certificate beneficial
• Good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
