**Soldering Technician**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Soldering Technician** to perform hand soldering, assembly, inspection, and rework of electronic components and printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies. This role requires the ability to work from schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions while maintaining high quality and workmanship standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with through-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT) soldering and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
