This is a remote position. We are looking for a Solicitor/CILEX/Legal Executive to join our HDR team Requirements 3 years litigation experience (ideally with a HDR background, but open to retrain if not). Ligation experience to be fast/multitrack Part 7s Able to handle a caseload of between 80-100- cases are run from inception to trial by one fee earner with an assistant.

Benefits 30,000-40,000 plus bonus depending on experience 25 days holiday, Christmas and birthdays off

• have 3 to 7 years experience • be responsible for all costs related matters of assigned cases (i.e. cradle to grave) including preparing Bills of Costs, court documents, PoD and replies. They will be expected to provide costs advice to clients, and handle costs negotiations commensurate with their seniority. • be hard working, pro-active and well organised • be able to deliver high quality work to clients whilst meeting individual performance targets.
